Cello, Acoustic Bass, and Electric Bass, ready to rumble! Bowed, funked, slapped, fingered, or picked, you can learn your favorite bass style here: or better yet, learn ALL the bass styles! From classical music to the rock styles of Paul McCartney, Sting and Flea, you will quickly grasp how to bow, walk and fill in any genre.  Teachers will work on scales and modes, note reading, and proper technique to ensure a good solid foundation.

Using a combination of printed books and listening activities, you will learn your favorite style of music in no time at all. Scales and tab are soon worked into simple songs, and before you know it you’ll be ready to put it to work, live! You can join our free Jam Band class and check out our School of Rock in the summer, and you’ll be playing along with a live group of rocking young musicians before you know it. We are St. Cloud’s bass lesson destination, with 3 teachers to help you get going.  Rock on!
