School Of Rock 2023 Registration

The Wirth Center’s School of Rock is a fast paced summer camp for students who have completed 6th to 12th grade.  It is held at Calvary Community Church and culminates in a rock concert at the Paramount Theatre in downtown St. Cloud. Rock along with the BEST professional rock artists in central Minnesota as they group compatible students to create awesome bands.

The class is open to guitarists (both lead and bass), drummers, keyboardists, string and horn players, and vocalists!  The highlight of this six-session class is a rock concert for student bands to perform their songs on stage at the Paramount for their families and friends (over 700 people!) while instructors provide professional lighting, special effects, and sound.  

School of Rock 2023 is July 25, 26, 27, and August 1, 2, and 3 at Calvary Community Church, with camp hours from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. 

Final rehearsal and evening concert will be at the Paramount Center for the Arts on August 3rd.

Registration will begin at 9 am on Saturday, April 1st. 

There is a 20% administrative fee for cancellations up to 15 days prior to the camp.  There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the start of camp.

(Keyboards are not provided for School of Rock keyboard students.)  ALL keyboardists must provide their own keyboard. If you don't own a keyboard, contact us for ideas on where to rent or purchase them in the community. Drummers, guitarists, bass guitarists, and string and horn players are also required to bring their own instruments and amps as needed. Each band will have a PA and microphones for the singers.
