Kevin Lamb – trombone

Trombone Instructor for the Wirth Center, Kevin studied Music and Mathematics at CSB/SJU. As a student, Kevin studied trombone, piano, and composition. Kevin‘s notable instructors include Dr. Justin Zanchuk (Brass), Prof. Carson King-Fournier (Trombone), Dr. Amy Grinsteiner (Piano), and Dr. Brian Campbell (Composition). Kevin performs regularly in brass and jazz ensembles, including the CSB/SJU Brass Choir and the Two Sundays Big Band. Kevin composes music for piano, brass ensembles, and jazz combos. Kevin‘s teaching philosophy promotes listening, patience, and persistence. For leisure, Kevin enjoys running, rock climbing, and playing chess.
